MoHRE and ADIB Launch Integrated Digital Wallet for Seamless Payments

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), has launched a new “Digital Wallet” to streamline financial transactions for companies in the UAE. This initiative aligns with the UAE’s broader strategy for digital transformation in government services.
Key Features of the Digital Wallet
- Instant Payments: Companies can now instantly settle fees and financial obligations related to MoHRE services.
- Integrated Financial Services: By linking MoHRE with ADIB, the wallet offers a seamless financial solution, enhancing service efficiency and delivering added value to users.
- Registration Process: Companies are encouraged to register for the Digital Wallet through MoHRE’s platform using the “Electronic Wallet Registration for Companies” service. Once approved by the bank, they can begin utilizing the wallet for payments.
- Future Expansion: This launch marks the first phase, with plans to include multiple banking options in the future, promoting financial inclusion and supporting MoHRE’s strategy to enhance the UAE’s business environment.
Mohammed Saqr Al Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services at MoHRE, emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to digital transformation, including the expansion of the Zero Bureaucracy Program. This program integrates services across various entities, aiming to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and solidify the UAE’s leadership in government innovation.
